Bridging community and culture with premium farm-grown cannabis

About Us

5th House Farms is a cannabis cultivation farm and processing facility conveniently located off the I-5 corridor in Central Western Washington. We produce top-of-the-line vape cartridges and over 30 strains of artisanal flower sold in dispensaries throughout the state. Our products are some of the best in the market because we have spent years on R&D perfecting all our processes through trial and error.

5th House Farms

At 5th House Farms, we pride ourselves on growing our own cannabis as our primary source material so that we are not dependent on outsourcing. Our vape cartridge products feature only the Pacific Pride cart, which boasts a failure rate of less than a .004%. We have sold over a million cannabis vape cartridges in Washington state alone.

Our team consists of experienced industry veterans that have been in the cannabis space since the first day of legalization in the state. We are proudly owned and operated by one of the youngest and most innovative professionals in the industry. His vision has helped guide 5th House Farms from merely a concept to one of the largest and most successful cannabis vape companies in the state.

We are committed to the advancement and growth of the cannabis industry through the promise of quality products, leading with passion, supporting our community, and staying humble. We lead through hard work, pursuing the latest advancements in technology and leaning on the guidance of our team of experienced cannabis industry professionals.

Our Leadership Team:

Carlondo Mitchell

President & CEO

Carlondo Mitchell

“Stay down till you come up” Carlondo Mitchell is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist and 1 of 3 minority Tier 3 cannabis license holders in Washington state. A PNW native raised by a loving single mother out of humble beginnings with aspirations for a better life. Because of this, the entrepreneurial spirit developed early in Carlondo at the young age of 9-years old where he started a business selling candy and beef jerky around the neighborhood with the support from his mother Patti. Because he had never worked for anyone, Carlondo’s vision was never limited by traditional constructs. In 2009 he began his medical cannabis career with that vision for creating generational wealth not only in his own family but in his community. He did just that between organically growing his cannabis business paired with his equally seasoned event planning career; bringing in headliners like 2 Chainz, Bubba Sparks, Genuwine, and Jacquees to name a few. From living on Section 8 to becoming a cannabis millionaire, Carlondo continues to dedicate himself to not only his personal growth but the growth of those around him.

Cassius Pumphrey

VP, Production

Cassius Pumphrey

As a multi-sport athlete from The Lakeside School, Cassius developed his strong team mentality during his years of participating in football, baseball, basketball, and orchestra. During his collegiate career, his humanities education flowed across business management, gender studies, African American studies, and theology. However, it was Cassius’ natural-given abilities in music [son of local band leader Ernest Pumphrey Jr. of “The Ganja Farmers” & “Phat Sidy Smokehouse”] that would propel him to a fulfilling career in the cannabis industry. It was through a local musician that Cassius crossed paths with 5th House Farms’ CEO, Carlondo, who decided to take a chance on the ambitious yet humble Pumphrey. Just a week after his 21st birthday, Cassius began his journey at the farm. Starting off as a member of a small packaging team, Cassius’ dedicated work ethic landed him in the position of managing the full production department at 5th House Farms.
