    As a Black owned cannabis farm, 5th House Farms takes pride in our dedication to producing top-quality cannabis products that stand out in the market. Our cultivation farm and processing facility are located conveniently off the I-5 corridor in Central Western Washington, allowing us to efficiently distribute our products to dispensaries throughout the state.

    At 5th House Farms, we have invested years of research and development into perfecting all of our processes. We have gone through the trial and error necessary to fine-tune our techniques and ensure that our cannabis products are some of the best available in the market.

    We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, and our team of experts works tirelessly to ensure that each plant is grown and processed to perfection.     Carlondo Mitchell

    Carlondo Dudley is Cannabis Executive based in the state of Washington, who has overcome adversities to achieve great success with his tier 3 cannabis operation: 5th House Farms. As an African American man, Carlondo had to face various challenges that came with systemic racism and inequality. However, he never gave up and worked tirelessly to climb the ladder of success in an industry in spite of the heavy gatekeeping on people of color.

    Despite his success, Carlondo has never forgotten his roots. His compassion resonates deeply within both his family and community. As an advocate for social equity in the cannabis industry, he truly believes that underserved communities of color should have an equal opportunity to succeed.

    Apart from his advocacy work, Carlondo has a strong passionate for music finding solace in creating and simply consuming it. He believes that music has the power to bring people together and heal the soul.

    Whether it’s working alongside the team at the farm, developing community partnerships, supporting local music artist as they refine their craft, Carlondo is committed to inspire and utilize his success to make a positive impact on the world.

    Mike Mitchell

    President & CEO

    Mike Mitchell

    Mike Mitchell is a multi-talented individual who has been consistent in three areas of his life – activism, fitness, and entrepreneurship. A Washington state native, Mike developed a strong interest in activism at a young age, participating in protests and leading Black Student Unions. He was also an organizer of the local chapter of the Million Man March and an active member and co-founder of Brother’s Keeper Gun Club that focuses on providing education and training on gun safety and self-defense.

    As a fitness enthusiast, Mike has been trained in martial arts since he was 8 years old and became a world champion stick fighter in his adulthood. He has also been an instructor and volunteer at youth and community organizations, teaching self-defense and fitness when he can “pour love into” those individuals who has been fortunate to share his gifts with.

    Since a young age Mike had always been interested in how businesses are developed and presented. As a business owner himself since 2006, he’s been able to hire, train, grow people, create livelihoods, and provide for others. Finding himself falling in love with the process of growing a business from scratch and creating something out of nothing. Not to mention that business ownership has provided the opportunity to create a legacy for his family.

    Mike’s passion for creating opportunities for Black people and other People of Color is what led him to the cannabis industry. He believes that the cannabis space presents a real opportunity to create wealth in his community. And as the CEO of 5th House Farms, Mike works alongside his brother, Carlondo, and sisters Carmen and Raven, as well as the rest of the talented and dedicated 5th House Farms team.

    Overall, Mike’s skills, passion, and drive have made him a successful businessman, community leader, and activist. He remains committed to his values and looks forward to seeing the positive impact he can make through his work with 5th House Farms.

    Raven Dudley

    Chief Financial Officer

    Raven Dudley

    Raven received her Bachelor’s degree in accounting and her Master’s degree in Project Management and Consulting. Working as an accountant for over 20 years, Raven brings a critical level of experience to the 5th House Farms team. Raven has also gained valuable experience volunteering and managing a community tax site for over 10 years. She has run three of her own businesses and serves as a board member of two nonprofit organizations.

    Gary Meigel

    Gary Meigel

    Known as the “Cultivator of Customer Delights” Gary Meigel is the strategic partnership master at 5th House Farms. Gary has an extensive background in sales and account development going back over 25 years. He is a day one industry veteran who has carefully cultivated strategic partnerships throughout the entire Cannabis industry. Proudly a family man and Veteran of the US Navy, he brings military drive and work ethic to everything he does at 5th House Farms.

    Cassius Pumphrey

    Cassius Pumphrey

    As a multi-sport athlete from The Lakeside School, Cassius developed his strong team mentality during his years of participating in football, baseball, basketball, and orchestra. During his collegiate career, his humanities education flowed across business management, gender studies, African American studies, and theology. However, it was Cassius’ natural-given abilities in music [son of local band leader Ernest Pumphrey Jr. of “The Ganja Farmers” & “Phat Sidy Smokehouse”] that would propel him to a fulfilling career in the cannabis industry. It was through a local musician that Cassius crossed paths with 5th House Farms’ CEO, Carlondo, who decided to take a chance on the ambitious yet humble Pumphrey. Just a week after his 21st birthday, Cassius began his journey at the farm. Starting off as a member of a small packaging team, Cassius’ dedicated work ethic landed him in the position of managing the full production department at 5th House Farms.
