He believes that the cannabis space presents a real opportunity to create wealth in his community. And as the CEO of 5th House Farms, Mike works alongside his brother, Carlondo, and sisters Carmen and Raven, as well as the rest of the talented and dedicated 5th House Farms team.

As a multi-sport athlete from The Lakeside School, Cassius developed his strong team mentality during his years of participating in football, baseball, basketball, and orchestra. During his collegiate career, his humanities education flowed across business management, gender studies, African American studies, and theology. However, it was Cassius’ natural-given abilities in music [son of local band leader Ernest Pumphrey Jr. of “The Ganja Farmers” & “Phat Sidy Smokehouse”] that would propel him to a fulfilling career in the cannabis industry. It was through a local musician that Cassius crossed paths with 5th House Farms’ CEO, Carlondo, who decided to take a chance on the ambitious yet humble Pumphrey. Just a week after his 21st birthday, Cassius began his journey at the farm. Starting off as a member of a small packaging team, Cassius’ dedicated work ethic landed him in the position of managing the full production department at 5th House Farms.
